Before work commences
A cancellation request received before substantive work begins may be eligible for refund of professional fees after deduction of payment-processing costs and non-recoverable administrative or third-party expense.
After commencement
Once document review, consultation, drafting, filing preparation, analysis or other substantive work commences, fees attributable to work performed and capacity reserved are non-refundable. Any balance will be assessed fairly against the agreed scope.
Government and third-party charges
Statutory fees, stamp duty, portal fees, taxes, certification charges, courier costs and other third-party payments are non-refundable once paid or committed, unless recovered from the relevant authority or provider.
No outcome guarantee
A refund is not due merely because an application, finance proposal, registration, filing or other matter is delayed, queried or rejected by an authority, bank or third party where services were properly performed.
How to request
Email the client name, invoice or payment reference, service and reason. Approved refunds are ordinarily processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, subject to banking timelines.
